How Redeem Gift Cards

Once you receive your email with the unique code, you can use it during the checkout process for future purchases. Simply enter the code in the same box as coupon codes and click redeem. If the Gift Card balance is less than the total basket value, you can pay the remaining balance using a payment gateway.

If there are packages in the store that cannot be paid for with a Gift Voucher, you will not be able to purchase those products with your Gift Voucher.

Escrow Assets

All products that do not have "Source" in their name are escrowed scripts. This means that when you buy a package in our store, you have to go to Keymaster (https://keymaster.fivem.net/asset-grants) and download the script you bought. However, if a product has "Source" in its name, it will also be shown to you in Keymaster and you must download it from there, otherwise you risk losing the product. The product then has no escrow encryption.

Product Key Not Activated - Refund Policy

When you purchase from us, you're buying a license to use the digital virtual items included in your purchase. You are eligible for a refund if the purchased key has not been activated. Please note that once the purchase is installed, the transaction is final, and we do not offer refunds. If you're banned from the Platform for violating the rules, you won't be eligible for a refund. The Platform reserves the right to enforce bans at its discretion and to modify its rules at any time. Access to the Platform is not guaranteed, and if the server is discontinued, any virtual items will be lost.
